How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Open the App Store on your iPhone → tap your profile photo → Subscriptions → PetMed+ → Cancel. Your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period.
I lost my data after reinstalling the app
If you had exported a backup (JSON or ZIP), restore it via Settings → Restore. Free plan data is stored locally only and is not backed up automatically. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Export in the app. Free users can export JSON (all records, no media). Premium users can also export a ZIP archive including photos and videos.
The PDF report is blank or not generating
Make sure you have at least one seizure or medication logged within the report's date range. If the issue persists, send us your app version (Settings → About) and iOS version.
Can I use the app for multiple pets?
The current version is single-pet. Multi-pet support is on the roadmap — sign up for updates on the main page to be notified when it launches.
